The challenge
Corporate Merch needed a comprehensive platform where businesses could manage their entire branded merchandise lifecycle — from design and inventory to global shipping. The system required integration with multiple fulfillment partners, real-time inventory tracking, and a self-service portal for corporate clients to manage their swag programs.
Our approach
Built a full-stack application using Next.js for the storefront and admin portal, with Node.js powering the API layer. Implemented real-time inventory synchronization with warehouse management systems, automated order routing to the nearest fulfillment center, and a design tool for customizing merchandise. Created a role-based access system for corporate account management.
Results
The platform streamlined the entire merchandise workflow, reducing order processing time significantly and enabling worldwide shipping through automated fulfillment partner selection.
