The challenge
Orange needed a scalable platform to unify four strategic programs under a single digital roof across multiple African and Middle Eastern countries. The platform had to support multilingual content, handle high traffic across different regions, and provide a seamless experience for thousands of users accessing coding school resources, FabLab tools, and startup incubator programs simultaneously.
Our approach
Designed and developed a server-side rendered Next.js application with a modular architecture supporting multi-country deployments. Implemented internationalization for French, English, and Arabic. Built a content management workflow enabling regional teams to manage their own programs while maintaining brand consistency. Optimized for performance with CDN distribution and lazy loading strategies.
Results
Successfully launched across multiple African countries, supporting thousands of daily active users. The platform consolidated four separate programs into a unified digital experience, reducing operational overhead and improving user engagement across all Orange Digital Center locations.
