The challenge
The powerlifting community lacked a dedicated platform to discover specialized gyms. Existing gym finders were generic and did not filter for powerlifting-specific equipment and facilities. Power Base needed a community-driven platform where gym owners and athletes could contribute data.
Our approach
Developed an interactive map-based application using Next.js with geolocation APIs and map integration. Built a community contribution system allowing users to submit and verify gym listings. Implemented advanced filtering for equipment types, membership options, and powerlifting-specific features.
Results
Launched a thriving community platform with gym listings across multiple countries, becoming a go-to resource for powerlifters traveling or relocating.
